Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and build rapport.

- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and accurately represent our offerings.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify their potential as prospective customers.

- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead generation strategies, scripts, and processes.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Matric/Grade 12 mandatory).

- At least 3 years of previous experience in telephonic lead generation or outbound tele sales preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build rapport with prospects.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to generate interest and qualify leads effectively.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in accurately documenting information.

- Exceptional organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking during telephone conversations.

- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and customer relationship management.
